At focus op Leefstijl we work on a healthy lifestyle as the basis for a good balance and health. As well as healthy nutrition we focus on sufficient physical exercise, relaxation and a good sleep pattern.

It is difficult to change things on your own. After a while you often fall back into old habits. Through coaching you learn to recognise your pitfalls and to think in solutions that will fit YOU. By making choices that match with your motivation and situation they will last for life.

I help you to break through patterns and to set realistic goals. Together we work on a long-lasting change in behaviour and a healthy lifestyle!

Focus op Leefstijl offers individual coaching specially for women. There are several plans available, so there will always be a plan matching your personal targets. Also an individual tailor made plan is possible, please inform about the possiblities!

Focus op Leefstijl is affiliated to BLCN and BGN. Depending on your health insurance the consults will be (partly) reimbursed.

Intake (60 minutes): measurement, nutrition analysis, exercise, relaxation and sleeping pattern.

Follow-up (1 x 45 minutes): extensive lifestyle plan to make a start for a better balance!

Which plan suits me best?

Focus! Start: For a one-time advice about your lifestyle in the area of nutrition, exercise, relaxation and sleep patterns. And you continue working on changing your habits reaching a healthier lifestyle.

Focus! Basic: During 3 months you will gain clear insight into your lifestyle, including your bottlenecks. We will work on concrete steps to achieve your goal(s). For example: if you want to lose a few kilograms of weight or want to gain weight even and/or want more inspiration to eat healthy more easily and/or want to discover which forms of exercise are right for you.

Focus! Complete: During 6 months we work towards a long-term behavioral change with a healthy lifestyle as a result. For example: if you want to lose 5 - 10 kilograms of weight and/or want to achieve a better balance between work and private life and/or want to get clarity about bottlenecks in your lifestyle behavior that keep returning.

It is always possible to upgrade your plan, the amount already paid will be deducted from the total price of the upgraded plan. Of course it is also possible to get extra consults as you wish.

Separate consults:

  • Coaching session 45 minutes: € 65,-
  • Coaching session 60 minutes: € 80,-

A free introductory meeting by telephone (15 minutes) always proceeds the services of Focus op Leefstijl.
